Role: Car Sales Executive
Location: Watford
Salary: 20k basic, 50k ote + Car + Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00. with a day off. Saturday 9.00 – 5.00. every other Sunday 10.00 – 4.00

Our client is currently looking for a Car Sales Executive / Motor Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join the busy dealership on a full time permanent basis.

• Prospecting for leads daily to maintain a consistent sales pipeline
• Managing customer relationships effectively and delivering excellent service
• Working independently to meet sales targets and support brand growth
• Ensuring all sales activities comply with company standards and brand guidelines

• Proven car sales experience, ideally within a franchise or well-established dealership
• Demonstrates regular prospecting activities daily and consistent sales performance
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
