Eurocell plc – a listed market leader in uPVC products for the building industry.

• Permanent, site‑based position.
• 44 hours per week – Monday to Friday 7:00‑16:30, with a 8:00‑12:00 rota on occasion.

Salary: £27,936 basic, plus 10% zone allowance (total £30,730). Bonus/OTE potential up to £34,330 per year.

• Drive Eurocell’s 3.5‑tonne flatbed trucks and LWB vans to pick, load and deliver products to customers.
• Plan routes, keep vehicle clean and maintain road safety standards.
• Conduct trade‑counter sales, achieving sales targets and communicating product knowledge to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
• Support Branch Manager and Branch Supervisor with branch operations, ensuring health and safety and company policy compliance.
• Maintain branch standards – warehouse and stock management, front‑of‑house cleanliness, point‑of‑sale operations.
• Assist colleagues as required and support the delivery of branch sales targets.

• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business targets.
• Customer‑focused approach with confidence and proactive engagement.
• Commercial awareness – drive sales and maximise margins.
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and act independently.
• Confident IT user – experience with MS Office and industry standard software such as SAP.
• Full and valid driving licence; FLT licence considered an advantage.
• Previous branch stock‑take experience an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a small team or alone on occasion.
• Experience in a similar trade or builders’ merchant, glazing or uPVC environment an advantage.
