Your Role Accountabilities
  • Proactively engage with and assist customers.
  • Operate tills efficiently.
  • Ensure products are always available to customers.
  • Maximise all sales opportunities to achieve targets.

This role requires you to lift, carry and move boxes. It is also very busy, with lots of visual and audio stimuli.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • The ability to keep calm under pressure.
  • The initiative to identify jobs that need completing.
  • Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining great customer service.
Working Pattern
  • Multiple intake dates across the year; you’ll complete a 2‑week full‑time training before contracted hours.
  • Contracts are for 32 or 40 hours per week, with required weekend work (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Normal hours between 7 am and 10 pm; occasional events may run until 1 am, with prior notification.
  • Availability required for late nights, events and stock replenishment support.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter is the only place worldwide to showcase the authentic sets, props and behind‑the‑scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films at the location where they were made. It has attracted over 14 million visitors since opening in 2012, features retail stores with merchandise celebrating the film series and has received over 40 000+ reviews on Trip Advisor, with 96 % rating the experience as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’.

It includes Platform 9 ¾, the Forbidden Forest and Gringotts Wizarding Bank. In December 2018, Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden acquired the Platform 9 ¾ group for Wizarding World merchandise.
