As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance, leading a high-energy team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll deputise for the Store Manager when required and help ensure every operational detail runs smoothly.

• Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
• Supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial results
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
• Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets
• Managing stock levels and overseeing daily stock ordering
• Maintaining high standards of compliance, presentation and efficiency

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager within retail or hospitality
• A hands‑on leadership style with a passion for achieving targets
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, solution‑focused mindset
• Flexibility to travel within a 45‑minute radius to support nearby stores
• The ability to prioritise, delegate and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment
