The Role
As a Store Manager at Victoria’s Secret you’ll take ownership of the success of your store, inspiring your team to achieve their targets and create the very best customer experience everyday.

- Hands‑on operations : own the P&L and lead key KPIs—hiring, rotas, payroll, customer success, stock control—to maximise sales and profitability.
- An eye for visuals : committebrand visual standards with the Visual Team and ensure your team meets them.
- Open eyes and ears : cultivate active listening with your team, share ideas with wider store partners, and let your voice count.
- Your feet on the ground : maintain compliance; manage product launches, floor set changes, store audits, stock counts, H&S policies, and keep everything efficient and safe.
- A wealth of experience – demonstrate previous store‑manager experience in fast‑paced environments, exceed sales targets and KPIs, and implement company strategy to drive strong performance.
- Passion for retail – love front or back‑of‑house work and create a unique experience for every customer.
- Lead with purpose – inspire and develop your team to share enthusiasm for the brand and experience we deliver.
