The Role
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Marketing Executive who’s ready to get stuck in. You’ll help bring campaigns to life across digital, social and retail channels. Whether it’s launching a new product, running a Tik Tok Live, or crafting content that grabs attention, you’ll be right in the mix.
You won’t just be following briefs – you’ll be part of shaping them.
What You'll Be Doing
 
* Running campaigns that boost brand awareness and sales
 
* Coordinating influencer partnerships and live social events
 
* Supporting product launches and promotional plans
 
* Creating and updating content across websites and social media
 
* Keeping an eye on what competitors are doing and spotting opportunities
 
* Helping with samples, stock coordination and customer orders
 
* Proofreading and reviewing marketing materials

What We’re Looking For
You should have:
 
* At least 2 years of marketing experience in a similar role
 
* Confidence managing different projects at once
 
* Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe or similar tools
 
* A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
 
* Your own car and be based locally to Watford
It would be great if you also have:
 
* A genuine interest in beauty or personal care
 
* Some experience with ecommerce or email platforms
 
* Awareness of natural haircare trends
 
* A marketing qualification or related degree
