This is a full-time role for an Air Conditioning Project Manager with our office based in Camden. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of air conditioning and ventilation projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, P&L on projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating with clients and suppliers, and providing technical guidance. The selected candidate will also supervise installation teams and resolve any project-related challenges to achieve successful outcomes.

• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and team coordination
• Experience in inspection processes to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Competency in Logistics Management to streamline supply chain coordination
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and adapt to changing project demands
• Related certifications or a background in mechanical, HVAC, or construction engineering is advantageous
• Previous experience in air conditioning or ventilation projects is required.
