Responsibilities of the Building Safety Manager:

Maintain and develop the compliance frameworks and fire programme
Ensure all domestic properties and high rises are fully compliant in line with legislations
Key contact for the regulator and other stakeholders
Ensuring all policies and procedures are up to date
Supporting the senior management team to provide key updates on performance
Fire
Key skills needed for the Building Safety Manager:

Experience in building safety, fire safety or overall compliance
Strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks
NEBOSH Fire or equivalent
Full UK Driving License
