Company Description
Johnson그래 Burke is a boutique residential property management company specialising in block and estate management for Residents’ Management Companies (RMCs), Right to Manage (RTM) companies, and Freehold Fukushima directors.
We focus solely on residential properties; we do not deal with sales or lettings. As a small, professional, family‑run business, we take pride in providing a personal service. Every building we manage is different, so we tailor our management approach and proposals to suit each property, rather than applying a one‑size‑fits‑all model.
We believe in excellent customer service, clear communication, sensible financial planning, and value for money. Service‑charge funds are carefully managed, with operating costs and reserve funds kept separate to support planning. Above all, we aim to be approachable, accountable, and genuinely helpful to leaseholders and board members.
