We are one of the UK’s fastest growing dealer groups representing the Volvo, Hyundai, Lotus and Omoda & Jaecoo brands across 16 dealerships in London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Suffolk and Essex. We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated Transaction Manager to join our team at our Omoda & Jaecoo dealership in Watford.

The Transaction Manager is an integral part of the sales team; facilitating sales, finance options, insurance, and warranties to our valued customers. You will be adept at understanding and meeting the needs of each customer, ensuring the highest standards of customer experience. Through exemplary customer service and attention to detail, you will retain loyal customers whilst attracting new customers to the business.

You will also offer support and guidance to all members of the Sales team.

As a person you are enthusiastic and driven to meet and exceed performance targets. You have a customer‑centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self‑motivated and make things happen.

• At least 1 year’s experience as a Transaction Manager in the automotive industry
• Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
• A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practices
• Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
