* About the role:

** In this role, responsibility includes leading the administration and improvement of Net Suite and Qlik systems, ensuring they stay operationally fit for purpose. Leading the roadmap for these systems delivering continuous incremental system enhancements. This position plays a key part in leading change in a controlled manner and providing management reporting on Net Suite and Qlik initiatives.
** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Ensure both Net Suite and Qlik continue to function effectively for their intended use
* Ensure continuous step-by-step improvements in the system
* Drive roadmap planning, prioritisation and implementation
* Serve as a link between Technology and business teams
* Handle change systematically
* Offer management reporting for Net Suite and Qlik projects
* Contribute to the examination of user stories and the refinement of customer journey processes.
** Team Leadership & Development
*** Lead the internal Net Suite team and Data Engineers, while working with 3rd party Net Suite partner
* Provide mentoring and development opportunities.
* Support performance management and build a high-performing culture.
** Governance & Risk Management
*** Provide input to IT security policies
* Ensure controls are embedded
* Identify and implement process improvements.
