Qlik Developer - 6 Month Contract - Watford

We are seeking an experienced Qlik Developer to join our team in Watford. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of Qlik Cloud reporting applications, ensuring both performance and data integrity. You will also act as a mentor and escalation point for reporting users, supporting the business in deriving insights through clear and compelling data visualizations.

This is a hands‑on role that requires a strong understanding of Qlik View/Qlik Sense design, data warehousing, and ETL processes, along with excellent problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Cloud reporting applications, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
• Mentor and support Qlik users, acting as a point of escalation for queries.
• Ensure compliance of the Qlik platform with IT policies including security, data protection, retention, storage, and change management.
• Deliver high‑performing data cubes to support business reporting needs.
• Maintain clear documentation of Qlik data design and mappings.
• Create high‑quality, easy‑to‑understand data visualizations to support business decision‑making.
• Provide narrative insights to support client‑facing teams in quarterly customer account reviews.
• Monitor daily data loads and refreshes, and manage escalations or troubleshooting requests from business and IT teams.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Qlik View/Qlik Sense design, with at least 2 years as a Qlik developer

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL
  , and SQL/Oracle databases (desirable).
• Tenacity to manage multiple tasks to successful completion under tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service ethos.

• Duration: 6 months (Scope for extension)
• Rate:
