A leading Managed Service Provider in the United Kingdom seeks a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their high-performance IT team. The successful candidate will have over 3 years of experience in IT support and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include proactive monitoring of IT systems, managing incidents and providing both remote and onsite technical assistance. This is an office-based role with no hybrid working arrangements available.
Competitive salary ranges from £34,000 to £36,000.
