We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join a growing, technically driven MSP based around Watford. This is a senior escalation role where you will take ownership of complex technical issues, drive automation, and help shape how the service desk operates.

You will work closely with the Service Desk Manager, acting as the technical authority across the business while mentoring engineers and improving proactive service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the final escalation point for complex incidents across SME clients
Design long-term solutions rather than reactive fixes
Lead configuration and optimisation of Ninja One RMM, including automation and monitoring
Improve proactive monitoring, remediation, and documentation
Mentor 1st and 2nd line engineers
Communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical clients

What we are looking for

3+ years’ experience in a 3rd Line role within an MSP
Expert-level Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Conditional Access, DLP, ATP)
Azure infrastructure and firewall experience
