A leading entertainment company in Watford is seeking a Production Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support across multiple studios. The ideal candidate will have experience in a support engineer role, with strong knowledge of MAC, Windows, and Linux. Responsibilities include maintaining user support, communicating IT needs, and being a subject matter expert. This is not a remote role, and travel to different studio locations is required.
