Sellick Partnership are looking for a Solutions Architect to join a market leading contractor within the UK construction sector. This role is ideal for a technically driven professional that is looking for a company that will help drive their career and offer progression.

Key responsibilities of the Solutions Architect

Engage with senior stakeholders to understand business strategies, technology needs, and innovation opportunities
Define and design technology solutions in collaboration with Business Analysts, ICT teams, users, and suppliers, ensuring strategic and governance alignment
Research emerging technologies, maintain knowledge of architectures and roadmaps, and contribute to technical standards and policies
Lead solution design through approval, documentation, testing, implementation, and transition into operational service
Support governance, cost optimisation, supplier management, and continuous improvement of ICT services and the IT Service Catalogue Required skills and experience of the Solutions Architect

Experience with Core Suite platform or similar enterprise administration systems
Knowledge of financial services or life & pensions environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and security frameworks
Certifications in architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Microsoft Certified Architect)
What the Solutions Architect will bring to the table

Proven experience as a Solution Architect on enterprise-scale programmes
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware
Expertise in data migration and system interoperability
Familiarity with Azure services and hybrid cloud environments
Ability to produce architecture artefacts (HLD, LLD, interface specs)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
