Overview

I’m working with several established and growing recruitment businesses in Watford & surrounding areas who are actively looking for experienced recruiters & doing it properly (real briefs, realistic targets, and leadership that understands recruitment).

These roles are suited to recruiters who already know the role of a 360/180 recruiter but want better desks, better support, & better progression
,

• 360 Consultant / 180 Consultant / Delivery Consultants / Sales Managers/ Team Leaders
• Perm and/or contract
• Markets including;
  Tech (US) / Finance / Engineering / Life Science/ Education/ Construction/ Automotive/ Industrial/ Rail
• Warm desks, growth desks

• 12+ months recruitment experience (agency only)
• A confident self-starter who’s commercially minded and target-driven
• Someone who values culture and is looking for long-term growth
• Ambition to grow — whether that’s billings, leadership, or specialism

• Supportive leadership who actually understand the market
• Modern tools, strong marketing support, and sensible KPIs
• Hybrid working options across most roles
• Teams that value quality over chaos
