Senior Industrial Consultant

Overview

Our Watford office is expanding, and we are looking to bring in experienced Recruitment Consultants who are capable of opening new business and building a successful temp desk
, with a focus on the Industrial sector, covering both temporary and permanent recruitment.

This is a 360 recruitment role suited to someone who is not only experienced in recruitment but also passionate about growing new business and building their own temp desk
.

You will be responsible for:

• Opening new business and developing new client relationships
• Growing and managing your own temp desk (with the option of expanding into perm as well)
• Placing high-quality candidates into Industrial roles
• Managing and nurturing client accounts to maximise revenue
• Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Developing and executing a strategy to grow your desk from scratch

You'll have the autonomy to run your desk your way, with full support behind you.

• Proven temp recruitment experience
• Strong new business generation skills and a track record of opening new client accounts
• Clear evidence of desk growth and/or a strong billing track record
• Confident, professional, and commercially driven
• Motivated by high earnings and career progression
• Experience in Industrial and/or Driving recruitment preferred, but not essential

• Financially stable, independent recruiter
