Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Due to continued growth in our Watford office, we re looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound sales experience who s ready to move into a long-term career with high earning potential, clear progression, and genuine autonomy.

This is a full 360 recruitment role, where you ll be trained to build and run your own desk from day one with ongoing support from experienced managers and consultants.

You ll learn how to:

• Win new business through outbound sales, networking, and relationship building

• Develop and manage your own temp desk as well as place permanent candidates in to roles

• Source, interview, and place candidates into Industrial and Driving roles

• Build long-term client partnerships and maximise account revenue

• Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to placement

• Develop a structured plan to grow your desk and earnings over time

Experience in Industrial or Driving recruitment is a bonus, but absolutely not essential.
