• Full 360 recruitment role within the IT/Data market
• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Building candidate pipelines and delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions
• Gaining exposure to client meetings, fee negotiations, and deal closure
• Increasing desk ownership and commercial responsibility as performance grows

• 12‑18 months' experience in a 360 agency recruitment role (does not have to be IT)
• An ambitious consultant seeking greater exposure and accelerated development
• Ability to commute to the Watford office
• Strong communication, organisation, and relationship‑building skills
• Motivated by performance, earnings, and long‑term career progression
