Overview
Do you want to make a difference to someone’s life? You could make a difference by supporting someone with a learning disability to carry out their daily activities like shopping or meeting friends.
£12.21 an hour plus benefits and sleeping, rising to £12.74 per hour after successful completion of probation and training (equivalent to £27,700 pa).
We are looking to recruit people who share our values and who have a strong commitment to promoting the rights of people with a learning disability. We support people to have opportunities to achieve the things they want to do, from everyday household tasks, community participation and opportunities to grow and develop their talents. We want the people we support to have the highest quality of life.
You will receive training to develop skills to make that happen. In return, we expect professionalism, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

- Support people with their daily life, which might include personal care, looking after the home, with planning, decisions and trying new things.
- You will support people to get out and about, join in with activities and be part of their community.
- Enhanced DBS required.
- Being a driver is an advantage.
