Are you an expert Occupational Therapist ready to step into a high‑profile leadership role where your clinical expertise defines the standard of care?

• Clinical Expert & Consultant Resource:
  You won't just be a manager; you will be the clinical "go-to" for complex multi-pathologies. You’ll support your team through joint sessions with the most challenging patients, using your advanced judgment to assist others in prioritising and managing complicated conditions.
• Service Architecture:
  You will have a seat at the table with the Head of Service, Clinical Service Manager, and Modern Matron. You won't just follow standards—you will help deliver and monitor them, ensuring our rehab units are centres of excellence.

  You will be proactive in creating an environment of continuous quality improvement. From arranging formal training sessions to leading reflective appraisals, you will be responsible for the professional growth of our therapy workforce.

  You will contribute directly to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strategic service developments, ensuring that patient goals are at the heart of every decision we make.

  Significant experience in bedded rehab with the ability to handle the most complex clinical scenarios.
