We have an exciting opportunity for an AP Import analyst to join Wickes on a 12 Month FTC.
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional ready to take on a pivotal role where your skills directly impact our financial accuracy and reporting? We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic team and drive essential month-end and reconciliation processes.
What You'll Be Doing:- Financial Control Master: Precisely match receipts and invoices, and expertly manage manual journal entries to accurately transfer costs between cost centres.
- Approval & Process Champion: Handle pending approvals and ensure the smooth processing of financial documentation.
- Month-End Specialist: Play a key part in month-end duties, including statement reconciliations and verifying stock movements by checking relevant warehouse and in-transit portals.
- Collaboration & Communication: Build strong relationships by liaising effectively with both internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Data Steward: Maintain and update internal trackers crucial for cross-functional communication within the finance teams.
- Tech-Savvy Processing: Utilise verification systems like KOFAX for the efficient uploading and processing of invoices.
