• Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment:

• Welcome and assist players with check‑in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to enjoy their Topgolf experience.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean and compliant.
• Live the Topgolf values—Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring—every day, ensuring every player has an exceptional time and every playmaker feels supported.

• Lift and move items up to 50 lbs., including carrying golf bags across multiple floor levels. Comfort with bending, stooping, and carrying is essential.
• Be on your feet for most of the day; a love for walking throughout your shift.
• Engage in a variety of physical activities from task to task; have a can‑do attitude.
• Endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
