Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates ( 50k- 5m) and price Bills of Quantities
- Manage full tender lifecycle from enquiry to submission
- Lead pre-tender meetings, risk assessments, and Board adjudications
- Identify value engineering opportunities and support decision-making
- Mentor junior staff and improve estimating processes
- Proven experience as Electrical Estimator or Tendering Manager
- Knowledge of commercial electrical installations and BS7671
- Experience with estimating software such as Conquest, Trimble, or Amtech
- NVQ Level 3 or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering desirable
