This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a large privately owned Building Service Maintenance provider. Our client is looking for an experienced, capable and motivated engineer to join their team on a large commercial property in Watford, covering PPM and reactive maintenance on a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm shift pattern.

Duties:
 
PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
AHUs, FCUs Pumps, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, Tap Temperatures, Chilled Water Systems, Plumbing, Generators, Pressurisation units, Generators, BMS Operation and Motors
Communicate with the client regularly
Follow statutory compliance  
Complete and update RAMS, H&S and any other relevant documentations   Requirements:
 
Mechanically qualified (City and Guilds or NVQ)  
3 years prior in Building Service Maintenance  
Great communication skills  
Self motivated   Salary and Package:
 
Up to £50,000 per annum  
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm  
Company pension scheme  
25 days annual leave + Bank holidays
