Medical Field Service Engineer, X-ray Imaging

Base pay range: £45,000 – £46,500.00 plus car allowance and a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, contributory pension, phone, laptop, and ongoing product training.

Responsible for service, repair, breakdown, and maintenance of advanced X‑ray and CT medical imaging systems deployed at hospitals and healthcare centres throughout the region.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software faults on X‑ray and CT systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide guidance.
• Document service activities and update product knowledge.

• Background in field service engineering within electronic or medical device sectors, or senior technical roles (e.g., laboratory, semiconductor, or ex‑HM Forces Electrical Engineering).
• Strong customer service skills and confident, professional presence in customer‑facing environments.
• No medical experience required; comprehensive product training will be provided.
