Positions Available in Primary, Secondary, and Special Needs Schools – Watford
Supply Desk, in partnership with schools across Watford and Hertfordshire, is seeking passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our growing team. As a leading education recruitment specialist, we provide rewarding support roles across Watford and the wider Hertfordshire area.

About You:
Are you passionate about helping students with special educational needs thrive?
Whether you have experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, or other SEN needs — or you’re just beginning your career in education — we have roles suited to your experience and career goals.

Requirements:
Experience in a support role within an educational setting (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of SEN and effective strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, SEMH, and other additional needs
Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive and meaningful relationships
Flexibility and adaptability to work across different school settings in Watford
