Make a Difference in the Lives of Young Learners – SEN TA Supply Role in Watford

Keep Education is recruiting compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in schools across Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children with special educational needs, helping them reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

We offer flexible supply roles, whether you’re looking for full-time or part-time opportunities, and support across a range of primary and secondary schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH)

• Support pupils with classroom tasks and activities, ensuring accessibility and engagement

• Assist in implementing individual learning plans and strategies to meet the needs of SEN students

• Encourage positive behaviour, social skills, and emotional development

• Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to monitor progress
