Teaching Assistant

Position: Teaching Assistant (Contract)
We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with SEND across a number of primary and secondary schools.

Many of the pupils supported may have Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties or social and emotional needs.

Your role will be to work alongside teachers to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and remain engaged in the classroom.

Responsibilities

* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups

* Helping pupils remain focused and engaged with lessons

* Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation

* Working alongside teachers and SEN staff

Candidates with an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service are preferred.

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting young people
