Supply Desk is working closely with local schools in Bushey to recruit enthusiastic and committed 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants. Whether you have previous experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, or other additional needs, or you are looking to begin your career in education, we have a variety of opportunities to match your experience and aspirations. • Previous experience in a school-based support role (preferred but not essential)
• Understanding of SEN support strategies, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A patient, empathetic approach with the ability to build positive relationships
• Adaptability to work across different school environments within Bushey
