  • Organised Classroom Management: Efficiently manage classroom resources to ensure smooth lesson delivery and maximise engagement.

  • Clear Communication: Maintain open communication with students, teachers, and school staff to ensure seamless support and information flow.

  • Adaptability: Adjust to different schools and teaching environments to provide the best possible education for each student.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field (essential)

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred but not essential

  • Experience teaching secondary school-aged children

  • Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills

  • Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing school environment

  • Valid DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain)

  • Ability to work on short notice and travel across Watford for assignments
