Montessori Teacher - Level 3 Early Years – Up to £35,000

Each day involves active teaching in a Montessori setting that values independence, curiosity, and consistency. You’ll be responsible for planning, observations, and written reports, with the freedom to shape learning experiences that genuinely reflect the children in your care. Strong communication with colleagues and parents is a regular part of the role.

• This role requires recent Montessori classroom experience in an early years setting.
• A Level 3 Early Years qualification with Montessori training is essential.
• This position is not suitable for candidates without experience completing observations and written reports.

• Proven experience working as a Montessori Teacher in an early years setting
• Confidence completing observations, assessments, and written reports
• Strong understanding of EYFS and Montessori curriculum requirements
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team

• Plan and deliver learning activities aligned with EYFS and Montessori principles
• Complete accurate observations, assessments, and written reports
• Maintain a prepared Montessori environment that supports independent learning
• Monitor children’s progress and adapt planning accordingly
• Communicate clearly with parents about daily activities and development
• Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times
