Montessori Teacher - Level 3 Early Years – Up to £35,000

Each day involves active teaching in a Montessori setting that values independence, curiosity, and consistency. You’ll be responsible for planning, observations, and written reports, with the freedom to shape learning experiences that genuinely reflect the children in your care. Strong communication with colleagues and parents is a regular part of the role.

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification with Montessori training is essential.
  • This position is not suitable for candidates without experience completing observations and written reports.

What You’ll Need
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification

  • Proven experience working as a Montessori Teacher in an early years setting
  • Confidence completing observations, assessments, and written reports
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and Montessori curriculum requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
