About the Role

Year 3 is a key transition into Key Stage 2, where pupils develop independence, confidence, and strong learning foundations. You will deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that support both academic progress and personal development. You’ll work closely with a collaborative staff team and contribute to a warm, child-centred school community.

The Ideal Candidate Will

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Have experience teaching KS2, or be keen to develop in this phase

Be a strong communicator and a collaborative team member

Be committed to inclusive, child-centred teaching practices
