We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a network of friendly, welcoming primary schools across Watford.

Whether you’re looking for occasional work, short-term cover, or longer placements, supply teaching offers the opportunity to inspire young learners while maintaining a healthy work–life balance.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where pupils feel supported
• Follow school policies, routines and lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and professional conduct

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching the UK primary curriculum
• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt quickly to different school settings
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s academic and personal development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
