Teaching Assistant - Hertfordshire

We are working with schools across Hertfordshire and are looking for Classroom mentors / Teaching Assistants to join us for role from January.

• Some of the schools are close to public transport links whilst others provide free onsite parking

• Offering classroom support for pupils across year groups
• Helping students regulate, stay focused and positively engage in lessons
• Supporting teachers in creating a calm and structured learning environment
• Encouraging confidence, independence and emotional resilience

• Candidates with a relatable background or existing experience e.g. Support workersemens healthcare assistants, youth workers, tutors, TAs, SEND Support, Sports coaches etc.
• Someone patient, calm and able to build trust with young people
• A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
