We’re working with Falconer School, a specialist SEMH secondary school in Bushey, to find a committed SEN Teacher who can deliver tailored education to students with complex needs. If you're confident, patient, and have strong behaviour management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What this SEN Teacher role offers:

Your role as an SEN Teacher:

Teach small groups of secondary-age students with SEMH diagnoses

Deliver lessons that follow personalised education plans

Foster positive behaviour and encourage emotional regulation

Work closely with TAs, therapists, and support staff

Track progress and adapt your teaching approach where needed

What we need from you:

UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) – essential

Proven experience working with children with SEMH or similar needs

Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills

Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with students

A calm, consistent and compassionate approach
