We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Primary Class Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive community primary in Watford. This Primary Class Teacher role is full-time and starts ASAP, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

The school is a mixed community primary located on Derby Road in Watford, serving children from early years through to age 11, with both breakfast and after‑school club provision. Housed in a long‑established Victorian building in an urban setting, the school reflects a richly diverse community with many languages spoken. As a Primary Class Teacher

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons as a Primary Class Teacher in line with the national curriculum
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
• Support pupils' academic achievement and personal development
• Contribute to the wider life of the school as a proactive Primary Class Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working as a Primary Class Teacher in the UK (ECTs welcome to apply)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and professional development
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
• Right to work in the UK
