Year 1 Teacher – Watford / Kings Langley

Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Year 1 lessons.

Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum.

Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.

Work closely with colleagues, support staff, and parents.

Maintain high standards of behaviour and pupil progress.

Previous experience teaching in KS1 is preferred. Experience delivering phonics and early literacy is beneficial.

Skills:

Strong classroom management. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learner needs. Passionate, motivated, and committed to pupil development.
