Are you an experienced Service Advisor or Workshop Controller looking for a varied role within a growing and well-established business?
On offer is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced workshop environment, where you will be the key link between customers and the service department, with opportunities for further training and long-term career progression.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing customer service enquiries, coordinating workshop bookings, liaising with technicians, and ensuring a smooth service process from start to finish.
This role would suit a Service Advisor or Workshop Controller looking to join a well-established company offering a varied role and excellent long-term prospects.
The Role
* Acting as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
* Providing updates to customers and managing service enquiries
* Further training and development opportunities

* Experience working as a Service Advisor, Service Controller, or within a workshop service department
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Looking for long-term stability and progression
