A leading off-price retailer in Watford is seeking a CRM Executive to manage customer email strategies and drive impactful campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM efforts and enhance customer engagement across TK Maxx in the UK and Europe. The ideal candidate should possess strong CRM experience, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for customer relationship management.

This role requires a minimum of two days a week in the Watford office within a hybrid working environment.
