This successful asbestos company is seeking a diligent Asbestos Consultant to cover client contracts across the North London and Home Counties region. The job involves 4 stage clearances, advising clients on findings and undertaking the full range of asbestos surveys. Applicants will need all BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications with a successful track record in the asbestos industry and a good working attitude.

• Substantial experience working for a UKAS accredited asbestos company
• Qualified with all BOHS P402, P403 and P404
• Strong client facing skills
• Able to use IT software such as TEAMS and PDAs
• Adaptable to travel to a mixed portfolio of client sites
• Informed in health & safety, UKAS and HSG 248 & 264 guidelines

• Undertaking smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties
• Collecting samples to be analysed in the lab
• Conduct 4 stage clearances
• Wearing PPE
• Updating and advising clients on findings
• Writing up technical reports
• Carrying out re-inspections, management, refurbishment and demolition surveys
