A recruitment agency is seeking a Number One Site Manager for a major project in Watford converting a pub into a high-spec day nursery. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in refurbishment projects, particularly structural alterations. Required qualifications include SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS certifications. This is a 36-week project with top-end daily rates of £280-£300. You will manage the site independently, reporting directly to a Contracts Manager.
