We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Civil business based in Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities- Pre-construction;
- Assist with tendering & estimating & work winning
- Tender / prestart meetings
- Subcontract reviews / negotiations
- Project commercial management of 2-5 projects ranging up to £2m each;
- Cost & value reporting / forecasting
- Applications for payment
- Change management (NEC & JCT)
- Contract administration
- Procurement
- Reconciliations
- Record keeping
- Final account agreements
