Room Leader - Private Nursery
Full-Time 35-40 Hours per Week

We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join a friendly and well-established private nursery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Early Years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a room with confidence and care.

Key Details:

• Role: Room Leader

• Setting: Private Nursery

• Hours: Full-time, 35-40 hours per week

• Start Date: ASAP (or flexible for the right candidate)

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)

• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

  • Or willing to apply for a new DBS

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Confident leading a room and supporting staff

• Warm, reliable, and passionate about early childhood development

Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the room

• Supporting and mentoring practitioners within the room

• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

• Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

• Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
