We are currently recruiting an experienced and passionate Room Leader to join a friendly and well-established private nursery.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Early Years professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and lead a room with confidence and care.

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)

Previous experience working within an Early Years setting

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service

Or willing to apply for a new DBS

Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

Confident leading a room and supporting staff

Warm, reliable, and passionate about early childhood development

Responsibilities:

Leading and managing the day-to-day running of the room

Supporting and mentoring practitioners within the room

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities

Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff

This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and committed to providing high-quality care and education.
