Nursery Manager - Watford
£17-£20 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery in Watford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident early years professional looking for a rewarding leadership role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards
- Manage, support, and motivate staff
- Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance at all times
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and external agencies
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
- Relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above)
- Strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willing to apply (DBS cost refunded after 20 working days)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Competitive pay: £17-£20 per hour
