A leading global retailer is seeking a Senior Business Continuity Analyst to support and deliver its Crisis Management and Business Continuity programs. This role is integral to the company's Enterprise Resilience strategy, helping to build operational readiness and ensure rapid recovery from disruption.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across corporate and divisional functions to develop frameworks, lead workshops, conduct post‑incident reviews, and maintain critical documentation. You’ll also play a key role in supporting crisis response efforts and enhancing resilience maturity across the organisation.

• Support the delivery of enterprise‑wide resilience plans and testing strategies.
• Engage with operational teams during significant disruptions.
• Facilitate training, workshops, and post‑incident reviews.
• Maintain and develop incident management materials across business units.
• Collaborate with IT on technology resilience, disaster recovery, and cyber response.
• Contribute to Business Continuity lifecycle activities, including BIAs and process mapping.

• Experience in crisis management, business continuity, or operational risk.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to simplify complex resilience concepts for diverse audiences.
• Tech‑savvy with experience in process mapping tools (e.g., MS Visio).
