Salary: up to £32,000 basic plus bonus

Hours:

Monday to Friday, Saturdays on rota

We’re recruiting a Service Advisor to join our client - one of the leading main dealer groups, representing some fantastic automotive brands. • Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
• Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
• Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day to day running of a busy department
• Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
• Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
• A full UK driving licence
• Willing to work weekends
