Vehicle Rental Hire Administrator | Watford | Full Time | £32,500 per annum

Are you the right person for the job?
  • Desirable that the successful candidate has previous experience in the vehicle rental sector, though applicants with skills in customer service or administrative roles will be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills, face‑to‑face, written and telephone.
  • Ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
  • Computer literate.
  • Held a full driving licence for a minimum period of 12 months.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
What will your role look like?
  • Report to the Branch Rental Manager and work as part of a valued team.
  • Deal with customer enquiries, allocation of vehicles, coordination of vehicle collection and deliveries.
  • Ensure the local team achieves the profit and targets set, while running the branch operation in a safe, efficient and cost‑effective manner.
